We guarantee the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item, please read the terms below carefully.

If the product didn't work out for you

Return of goods of proper quality

As this is a distance purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product — without giving a reason, if:

the product has not been used and its commercial appearance is preserved;
the original packaging, set and accompanying documents are preserved;
the product has no damage or signs of third-party interference.

If the product arrived damaged or defective

Return of defective goods

If the product has a manufacturing defect or other faults that are not your fault, you are entitled to:

free repair of the defect;
a proportional price reduction;

To do this, you need to:

Send photos/videos showing the defects to our email.
Agree the return method and compensation with a manager.

We will agree the return or exchange details with you.
Send the product via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the product, funds are returned to your bank card within 1-2 business days.

When exchanging for another product, any price difference is paid or refunded according to the new product’s price.
